Basically a fork of NonUpdate-Modern, for LWJGL3ify instances.
Block unwanted network connections to speed up booting your game.
Dependent on RetroFuturaBootstrap, only intended to work on LWJGL3ify instances, use the original NonUpdate for non-LWJGL3ify 1.7.10 games.

How to Install NonUpdate-Retro on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.7.10).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "NonUpdate-Retro". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
