Are you tired of random people on your server right-clicking on your wonderful Note Block creations, messing the correct notes up ?

This mod ends your suffering by letting you lock those Note Blocks, so that right-clicks don't modify the note of a Note Block, but play the note instead. This is also useful for playing Note Blocks in Creative Mode!

Commands

Locking a Note Block:

/notelock lock <x> <y> <z>

Unlocking a Note Block:

/notelock unlock <x> <y> <z>

How to Install NoteLock on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "NoteLock". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

NoteLock server crashes on startup – what to do?
