About this Mod

The only VeinMiner for Minecraft 1.4.7

Old VeinMiner brings chain-mining to Minecraft 1.4.7 — a version no other VeinMiner mod supports.

Hold the activation key (` by default) and break a block. The entire connected vein is mined instantly, with drops delivered straight to your inventory.

Features

26-directional flood fill — mines diagonally connected blocks, closest first
All mineable blocks — ores, leaves (with shears), and any connected block type
Smart drops — compacted into stacks, delivered to inventory (overflow drops at feet)
Tool durability — consumed per block, stops if your tool breaks
Hunger cost — proportional to blocks mined (configurable, or disable it)
Redstone-aware — lit and unlit redstone ore treated as the same vein
Fully configurable — max blocks, hunger cost, activation key, drop behavior

How to Install Old Vein Miner on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.4.7).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Old Vein Miner". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
