What is Ore Chunks?
Ore Chunks is a modification designed to increase the game's difficulty by introducing an element of resource scarcity. The mod overhauls all ores, altering their drop mechanics. Instead of dropping the full ore, each ore now drops as chunks, which must be smelted to yield a single unit of the respective material. Once nine units are collected, they can be combined to form the complete item.

- Add Support for Deepslate Ores;
- Add Support for other "Stone Type" Blocks. (E.g. Diorite, Granite, etc.)

How to Install Ore Chunks on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.19.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Ore Chunks". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Ore Chunks server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 4 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.19.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Ore Chunks compatible with forge?

Recommended RAM: 6 GB (per 5 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Ore Chunks consumes the most tick time.
