Packet Logger requires the Fabric modloader.
Installation
- Download Packet Logger from CurseForge or GitHub.
- Place the downloaded file in your
modsfolder.
Usage
When this mod is installed, the log will contain information about sent and received packets, including their class name or channel name.

How to Install Packet Logger on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.18.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Packet Logger". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Packet Logger server crashes on startup – what to do?
