RightClick to make the parrot on your shoulder Sit on the head of the ArmorStand
Shift RightClick to unMount

Other player can unMount the parrot, it will also unMount when the ArmorStand is broken

The idea came from an YouTube Short, not mine

How to Install Parrot Sit on ArmorStand on Your Server
