When your tamed mob dies it will leave a gravestone behind and you can resurrect it.

To revive your lost pet from the gravestone you have to click on it with an item.

There are 3 item tags created for this:

-Low quality revive items (5% chance to revive the pet, default item: bone)

-normal quality revive items (20% chance to revive the pet, default item: emerald)

-high quality revive items (100% chance to revive the pet, default item: diamond)

So you can change these to whatever you want.

You can find them in data/pet_gravestone/tags/item/

You can mine it from ground after the pet has been revived.

(While its still not revived it will show a particle effect around the gravestone)

How to Install Pet Gravestone on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Pet Gravestone". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Pet Gravestone server crashes on startup – what to do?
