About this Mod
Pocket Portals
This datapack adds craftable Nether and End portals that you can carry in your inventory, allowing convenient travel between dimensions.
Portable Nether Portal

A set of 4 Portable Nether Portals can be crafted with 4 Obsidian and a Fire Charge. They can then be placed on any 1x2 wall to create a temporary portal to or from the Nether. The portal is only open for three seconds, so move quickly!

Travel through the Portable Nether Portal is instantaneous. Instead of linking to existing portals, the portable version takes you to the nearest safe y-coordinate at your current xz-coordinate (scaled for dimensions). This allows you to be very precise with where the portal will take you.
The Portable Nether Portal can be safely used in the Overworld or the Nether. Attempting to place the portal in the End will cause it to explode, with any damage caused attributed to [Intentional Game Design].
Portable End Portal

A Portable End Portal can be crafted with 4 End Stone and an Eye of Ender. It can be placed on any 1x2 wall to create a temporary portal to the End. Like the Nether version, this portal will only be open for 3 seconds!

Travel through the Portable End Portal is instantaneous. The portal can be safely used from any dimension. Regardless of the starting dimension, the player will always be deposited on the End spawn platform.
