About this Mod

Patches an issue where entities can go through portals but take a tick of damage at the same exact time, causing them to both drop their items, and show up alive on the other side of the portal with a second set of items.
I believe this behavior to be patched in Vanilla 1.12.2, but it appears that some mods can cause the behavior to reappear.

Can optionally log instances of this happening, turned off by default in the config.

Only needed on the server side.

How to Install PortalDupeBegone on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.12.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "PortalDupeBegone". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
