About this Mod
What does the mod do?
In vanilla, powered rails accelerate minecarts going over them by 0.06 m/tick2 (24 m/s2).
This mod simply increases that acceleration to 0.24 m/tick (96 m/s2).
The acceleration is currently not configureable through a file... because I'm actually not that good at modding and don't know how to do that. The source code is extremely easy to modify and compile if you wish to though. If you don't know how to do this open an issue on Github and I'll help you out.
The mod is intended for use with the Experimental Minecart Changes but nonetheless works with default minecart behaviour. If you want me to make the mod work on lower minecraft versions (because I developed it overnight for a server with my friends) open an issue on Github and I'll do what I can.

How to Install Powerful Powered Rails on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.9).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Powerful Powered Rails". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Powerful Powered Rails server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.9). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Powerful Powered Rails compatible with fabric?

Server lagging with Powerful Powered Rails – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Powerful Powered Rails consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
