QuickPing
Useful Client-Side Block Markers for Clear Highlighting

About this Mod
This mod adds a clean, client-side ping system that lets you quickly mark blocks for yourself with a single middle-click. When you look at a block and ping it, a bright wireframe outline appears exactly around that block, helping you keep track of important spots while building, exploring, or recording gameplay. The ping is visible only to you and never sent to the server, making it perfect for single-player worlds, private notes, or content creators who want to highlight structures or points of interest during videos. Lightweight, non-intrusive, and fully client-side — a simple visual tool to improve focus, planning, and clarity.

QuickPing server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.10). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is QuickPing compatible with fabric?
QuickPing officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.10. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with QuickPing – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if QuickPing consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
