About this Mod

a backwards port of the /random command added in 1.20.2
compatible with /execute store and anything else that needs a command return, /random roll can be used by any players and does not return anything, it just sends a random number in the chosen range in chat, /random value can only be used by operators and does return the random value it generates, but does not send anything in chat

How to Install /random backport on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.19.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "/random backport". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
