Information

Randombar is a client side mod that allows the player to randomly select a random hotbar slot upon placing a block.
The purpose for this mod is to add some detail in your builds.

Commands

/randombar <Minimum hotbar slot (1-9)> <Maximum hotbar slot (1-9)>

Example:
/randombar 5 9
When placing a block a random slot between 5 and 9 (both inclusive) will be selected.

Hotkeys

Press the 'r' key to toggle the random slot selection on and off.

How to Install Randombar on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Randombar". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
