About this Mod

About
Redstone: Recharged (or Recharged for short) is a mod aiming to make redstone simpler and more intuitive, while keeping it consistent and powerful. Along with changes to vanilla components, Recharged adds several new components to make building redstone even easier than before.
Features
- Redstone Lantern: Like a Redstone Torch, but upside-down. It can also be powered from up to 16 blocks away using chains!
- Redstone Prism: A multicolored Redstone Lamp, which changes colors based on the input signal strength.
- High-Speed Cable: Effectively a full-block, 6-directional repeater. It also has a delay of one game tick, making it faster than normal repeaters are.
- Injector: A multi-directional hopper. If it can't push an item downwards, it passes it to the injector in front of it, as long as they are both facing the same way.
- New Diodes: Blocks like the Resistor, Denier, and Latch make logic-based restone easier than ever before!
- And many more!
Vanilla Changes
Recharged makes several changes to vanilla features, both to fix exploits and add new opportunities. If you don't like any of these changes, don't worry - the mod is highly configurable, meaning any of these can be changed with the click of a button!
- Several redstone components can be waterlogged.
- Corals can be bonemealed into large corals.
- Dead Corals in flowing water erode into sand.
- Carpets are broken by pistons.
- Quasi Connectivity has been removed, as High-Speed Cables offer many of the same benefits.
- Huge Mushrooms and Headless Pistons can no longer destroy unbreakable blocks.
Version Support
As with my other mods, Recharged officially supports Neoforge 1.21.1. While there are no plans to support older versions or Fabric, Recharged is free and open-source, so anyone interested can give it a try themselves!
