About this Mod

This Mod adds a variaty of new recipes, every recipe could exist in vanilla minecraft, but minecraft has not added those recipes yet, and probably wont add them in the future.

The recipes added are the following important recipes:

Crafting Recipes

  • Bell
  • Saddle
  • Anvil from 2 Chipped Anvils
  • Anvil from 2 Damaged Anvils
  • Anvil from repairing a Chipped Anvil
  • Anvil from repairing a Damaged Anvil
  • Spore Blossom
  • Name tag
  • Shroomlight
  • combine 2 slabs to a full block (all slabs)
  • stair recipes now give you 6 stairs (instead of 4) (only for wood types)
  • 9 Nether Wart from Nether Wart Block
  • 4 Glowstone Dust from Glowstone Block
  • 4 Black Dye from Coal
  • 2 Black Dye from Charcoal
  • 9 Packed Ice from Blue Ice
  • 9 Ice from Packed Ice
  • 4 Pointed Dripstone from Dripstone Block
  • 4 Strings from every Wool variant
  • Suspicious Sand (combine Sand with Iron Nugget)
  • Suspicious Gravel (combine Gravel with Iron Nugget)
  • 4 Quartz from Quartz Block

Smelting/Blasting Recipes

  • every full Quartz Block variant can be smelted to a Quartz Block
  • every netherite tool can be smelted to a Netherite Ingot
  • every diamond tool can be smelted to a Diamond
  • Charcoal can be converted to Coal
  • Glass can now also be made in the Blast Furnace
  • Glass can now be made from Suspicious Sand, Sandstone, Red_Sandstone and Soul Sand
  • Glass Panes can now be made from smelting/blasting a Sandstone Wall or Red Sandstone Wall
  • Leather can now be made from Rotten Flesh
  • Raw Iron/Copper/Gold Blocks can be converted to Iron/Copper/Gold Blocks

How to Install Recipes You Need on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set neoforge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Recipes You Need". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
