About this Mod

Description

This mod aims to enhance the vanilla redstone experience in a vanilla fitting style by adding some useful components and easing the construction process of your redstone contraptions

As for now, it includes a 'redstone debugger overlay' and 14 blocks in a way that fits the mood and feel of Vanilla Minecraft, also preserving the "circuit" style redstoning, no automatic block-machines that do everything in a cheap-ish way

BETA

The content included is stable and tested, however, the mod is still on beta stage and it will only be available for Fabric ModLoader during this stage (probably), please send feedback if you experience any crash or bug caused by this mod

More Features are already planned for the future, including server support, fully directional redstone (which includes vertical axis), and item transport + filtering systems that also fits vanilla (which no mod has done yet)

Dependencies (Fabric)

Frequently Asked Questions

Redstone++ server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.11). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Redstone++ compatible with fabric?

Redstone++ officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.11, 1.21.10. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with Redstone++ – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Redstone++ consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
