Refiller
Transfer matching items to nearby containers and sort inventories with multiple modes.
About this Mod
Inspired by Terraria, Refiller brings smart inventory management to Minecraft with QuickStack and advanced sorting. Goal? Making inventory organization effortless instead of tedious.
QuickStack - One Key, Everything Sorted
Press K to instantly transfer matching items from your inventory to nearby containers. No more manually sorting items into chests!
- Automatically finds chests, barrels, and shulker boxes within range (configurable: 6 blocks horizontal, 3 vertical)
- Only transfers to containers already containing that item type - no unwanted mixing
- Server-Safe: Works on vanilla servers without requiring server-side installation!
- Protects your hotbar from accidental deposits by default.
Inventory Sorting - Multiple Sorting Modes
Organize inventories with dedicated GUI buttons, double-click, or middle-click empty slots.
Sort Modes:

Refiller server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.9). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Refiller compatible with fabric?
Refiller officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.9. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Refiller – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Refiller consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
