About this Mod
REINFORCED BLOCKS
Reinforced Blocks adds a plethora of new blocks to the game that protect your base while making it look absolutely fabulous. From Vitrobsidian to Cast Iron, you can now make your base, castle or sewer completely safe, blast resistant and secure, while still making sure its pleasing to your eyes. Another goal of this mod is to give currently useless blocks more uses!
Vitrobsidian is the main feature of this mod, created from Crying Obsidian, it is extremely blast resistant while still being nice to look at. It comes in Block form, Brick form, Chiseled form and Glass form, alongside stairs, slabs and walls and pillars. You can also craft an Obsidian Knife which will give you a chance of getting flint from any stone block!
Cast Iron is a new type of building block made from smelting iron blocks. You can make a beautiful vault in your home with these blocks, alongside its trapdoor, stair, slab and wall varients.

How to Install Reinforced Blocks on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Reinforced Blocks". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Reinforced Blocks server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.8). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Reinforced Blocks compatible with forge and neoforge?
Reinforced Blocks officially supports forge, neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.8, 1.21.1, 1.20.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Reinforced Blocks – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Reinforced Blocks consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
