About this Mod
A datapack that adds new, nether portal-like, portals from the end too the overworld, and the end too the nether. 1 block in the end is 16 in the overworld. 1 block in the end is 8 in the nether.
For the end too overworld portal, make a frame out of end stone bricks, and throw a eye of ender into it.
For the nether, make a frame of end stone bricks in the nether, and throw a eye of ender into it, or make a frame of crying obsidian in the end, and throw a eye of ender into it.
There is 3 new advancements too get in the end tab as well. Enjoy!

How to Install Relative End Portals: Immersive Portals Edition on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set datapack Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Relative End Portals: Immersive Portals Edition". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
