About this Mod
Have you ever looked at a growing cactus and thought to yourself "I wish I could grow resources like that"?
No? Well, then you're in the wrong place... but for people like me:
COME AND SEE THE ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES OF RESOURCEFUL CACTI!
New changes:
- Slight rework of tier system
- Support for custom creation of resource cacti
- More in the version changelog!
How to start:
- Find yourself a cactus
- Right click with shears on it to remove the spikes
- Infuse all the spikes you got with coal block (right click on coal block) and you'll get yourself a coal spikes
- Craft you first resource cactus!
Full compability with JEI, other similair mods might be missing recipies for spikes.
Mod is compatible with Utilitarian's snad, mekanism's ore processing and hopefuly more.

3. Will you be updating this mod to newer version, adding it to forge/fabric etc?
In the future definetely, right now I'm trying to slowly add features, fix things etc. Once I'm happy with the outcome I'll start moving it to newer versions and different mod loaders.

How to Install Resourceful Cacti on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Resourceful Cacti". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Resourceful Cacti server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong neoforge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Resourceful Cacti compatible with neoforge?
Resourceful Cacti officially supports neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Resourceful Cacti – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Resourceful Cacti consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
