About this Mod
RetroKnockback brings back a more old-school feel to mob knockback.
It changes knockback behavior to simulate a beta-style response, making hits feel more immediate and retro compared to modern Minecraft.
The mod includes configurable values for forward and upward motion, as well as an optional beta simulation mode with adjustable vertical behavior.

How to Install Retro Knockback on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Retro Knockback". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
