About this Mod

A mod for Minecraft Forge 1.12.2 which adds dice and chance related features.

Current features:

Wooden Die Block
- The top number is randomized when the block is placed.
- When right-clicked, the block will begin rolling.
- When right-clicked while rolling, the block will stop rolling and display a random top number.

Iron Die Block
- Unlike the Wooden Die Block, this block requires a redstone signal to roll.
- It also emits a Redstone Comparator output signal depending on the number. (1-6)
- All sides of the Iron Die Block display the "top" number.
- While redstone signal is active, the block will roll.
- When redstone signal is cut, the block will finish rolling and display a random number.

How to Install Roll of the Dice on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.12.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Roll of the Dice". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
