About this Mod
While the initial release version contains no recipes, each crop plant and item was picked for their common use in rustic recipes.
The Farming Claw, Pitchfork, Rake, Scythe, and Stonebow help you establish, maintain, and defend your farm.
Cabinet and Shelf storage blocks made from each of the vanilla wood types. Shelves come with and without jars, and both types can act as a free standing ladder.
Finally, you have the Butter Churn, Cheese Press, Cutting Board, Flour Mill, and Iron Stove for decoration and added utility and in preparing ingredients for recipes.
Daub, Path, and Thatch block sets are here to add additional decoration options for structures.
Wooden Vertical Slabs, Wall Slabs, and Posts allow for adding event more depth and detail to your builds.
32 new Armor Sets are also here for you to mix and match new ways t dress up and protect yourself.

How to Install Rustic Living on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Rustic Living". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Rustic Living server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong neoforge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.8). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Rustic Living compatible with neoforge?
Rustic Living officially supports neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.8, 1.21.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Rustic Living – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Rustic Living consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
