About this Mod
Scary Creepers!
This is a simple (server-side) mod that returns an old beta feature of Minecraft that was removed due to performance reasons. Surely the mob AI system and modern hardware are good enough to handle it now! Mobs will now attempt to run away from exploding creepers.
Warning: WIP!
This mod is mostly a work in progress, so don't expect it to be perfect. I'll optimize and improve this mod if people show actual interest in this mod.
Configuration
This mod is configured via gamerules.
/gamerule SC_modEnabled: toggles the mod globally.
/gamerule SC_reactionTimeTicks: decides how quickly the mods react to the creepers. Creepers take 30 ticks to explode, by default mobs will wait 5 ticks before trying to escape the creeper.
/gamerule SC_runSpeed: How fast the mobs will run from the creeper.
/gamerule SC_fleeDistance: How far away the mob will try to get from the creeper / in what range it detects the creeper.
