Bugs / Issues / Crashes
In Alpha / Beta releases stuff might change or break, it's recommended to use them for testing purposes only.
If there's a problem with the mod: don't post the crash report in the comments, but post it on the issue tracker here: Screenshot Manager Issues at GitHub.
If there's no crash report but it still crashes, post the debug.log file in your .minecraft/logs folder to the issue tracker.
If there's no crash report and there's no crash in the debug.log, then there's probably a problem with the Java installation or a windows driver (what I have sometimes).

Screenshot Manager server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Screenshot Manager compatible with fabric and forge?
Screenshot Manager officially supports fabric, forge for Minecraft 1.20.1, 1.19.3, 1.18.2. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Screenshot Manager – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Screenshot Manager consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
