About this Mod
Selectweaks is a clientside mod that allows you to change the color of the block selection box, with several options to do so. Additionally, the box reacts when you have low health, or low food, or when you take damage, just in case you're hurt while building in survival mode. Snap out of it—there's a zombie eating you.
Selectweaks Options include the ability to make the selection box a solid color of your choice, a solid color that strobes, or a rainbow outline. You can use the config file to select your preferred defaults. You can even switch back to the Minecraft default outline (black) by using an effect hotkey introduced by the mod. If you choose to play with the strobe or rainbow effect, you can also change strobe or color-cycling speed with a hotkey. This mod even respects the high contrast block outline option in the accessibility settings menu. Lastly, if you'd like to make the selection box invisible, you can do that too.
By default, the new hotkeys are [`] and [shift-`], but they can be changed in the keybinds menu.

Selectweaks server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong neoforge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.5). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Selectweaks compatible with neoforge?
Selectweaks officially supports neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.5, 1.21.4. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Selectweaks – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Selectweaks consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
