About this Mod

⛏️ Shifting Vein Miner

Tired of awkward ore veins forcing you to dig in every direction? Shifting Vein Miner brings the satisfying convenience of FallingTree by Rakembda 🌲⛏️ into the underground! Instead of chopping down a tree from one spot, this mod lets you mine ore veins more smoothly by shifting connected ores toward the block where you started mining.

As you mine, nearby connected ore blocks move into the original position, creating the feeling of the vein collapsing inward and allowing you to continue mining from a single location 🪨✨. It keeps mining efficient and satisfying without instantly deleting the whole vein, preserving the feel of actually working through the ore.

Whether you're deep in the caves hunting diamonds 💎, clearing massive iron deposits ⛓️, or gathering coal for your next expedition 🔥, Shifting Vein Miner helps keep the flow going while staying true to the vanilla experience.

🛠️ How To Use

  1. ⛏️ Find an ore vein
  2. 🧎 Crouch (Shift) while mining an ore block
  3. 🔄 Connected ores will begin shifting toward the block you started mining

💡 Tip: Only crouch-mine when you want the effect to activate, making it easy to swap between normal mining and shifting mode whenever you want!
