About this Mod
ShutUpDeadEntities
A lightweight client-side mod that adds smooth audio fading to entities upon death or removal.
Key Features
Natural sound fading. Mob sounds (idle, hurt, or death) now fade out linearly when the entity dies or despawns, preventing harsh audio cuts.
Lingering Audio Fixes. Prevents specific issues where sounds (like Endermen screams or Creeper hisses) continue to play after the mob is gone.
Nether Portal Sound Fix. The portal trigger noise now fades out naturally if you step out of the portal before teleporting.
Technical Details
