About this Mod

SignTastic

This mod gives you three blocks: a flat sign, a slab sign and a full block sign. These signs are extremely configurable in game:

Up to 8 lines of text
The texture of the slab block can be modified
The background color can be modified
The text color can be modified
The text can be made bright in the dark
The block can be made transparent for floating signs
There is a set of icons you can use
There is a sign configurator item that can be used to copy the configuration of one sign to another. Making it easier to have several signs that look the same

How to Install SignTastic on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "SignTastic". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

SignTastic server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is SignTastic compatible with forge and neoforge?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if SignTastic consumes the most tick time.
