Simple Elytra Bounce
Elytra Bounce completely negates kinetic damage when you crash into Slime Blocks, instead, reflecting your flight velocity. It allows you to sustain your momentum and chain massive bounces.
About this Mod
Makes slime blocks act as bouncy as they should when flying into them.
Features
- Slime Bouncing: Hitting a Slime Block while gliding with an Elytra perfectly reflects your velocity, bouncing you backwards!
- Zero Kinetic Damage: Kinetic damage is completely negated when you successfully bounce off a slime block.
- Firework Rocket Physics: If you bounce while actively boosting with a firework rocket, the rocket is gracefully destroyed so it doesn't fight your bounce momentum!
- Highly Configurable: Modify your bounce strength and required speed through the config file. Want to accelerate every time you bounce? Just turn up the multiplier!
Configuration
On first launch, the mod generates config/elytrabounce.json.
