About this Mod
A client-side Fabric mod that lets you play music from YouTube, SoundCloud, or any direct audio URL directly in-game — no server setup, no external apps.
Music plays through your speakers and is controlled entirely with /music commands in chat.

Installation
- Install Fabric Loader for your Minecraft version
- Download Fabric API and place it in your
mods/folder - Place the correct jar into your
mods/folder - Launch Minecraft and type
/music help

How to Install Simple Music Player on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Simple Music Player". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
