Simple Water Gravity
Gives water (and Lava) sources a sand-like gravity, making it more intuitive to work with deep bodies of water.
Water sources will fall straight down, until they are supported by a solid block, or by another source. They will also fall through the open sides of water-loggable blocks.
This should theoretically work with other modded fluids.

How to Install Simple Water Gravity on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.10).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Simple Water Gravity". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
