This is a very simple health indicator.
You can toggle it by pressing the U key by default, but you can modify it in the game settings.

Colors:

20-15: green
15-10: yellow
10-5: gold
5-0: red

If the player has under 5 hp (2.5 hearts), the mod will show the decimal values.

How to Install Simpler Health Indicator on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Simpler Health Indicator". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
