About this Mod

Simple quality of life Data Packs which allows to craft stairs by 6, one for each block used, instead of 4.

This pack was created as an alternative to "More Stairs" of Vanilla Tweaks. Craft 8 stairs is logical to a certain extent, but also a bit exaggerated.

How to Install 6 Stairs on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set datapack Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "6 Stairs". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Server lagging with 6 Stairs – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if 6 Stairs consumes the most tick time.
