🪨 Slabbed — Natural Cave Slabs

Slabbed is a world generation mod that makes underground exploration feel more natural and immersive. Instead of awkward 1-block jumps everywhere, caves now have subtle stone slabs placed at step edges — making traversal smoother while keeping the raw, natural feel of Minecraft caves.

✨ Features

• Automatic step slabs -> Slabs are placed at the base of 1-block-high steps in caves, ravines and mineshafts, making them easier to walk through
• Staircase detection -> Long staircase-like cave sections get slabs placed every other step, preventing cluttered or unnatural-looking sequences
• Material variety -> Slabs match the surrounding stone type (Stone, Deepslate, Tuff, Andesite, Diorite, Granite) with rare variants for a natural look
• Mob & lighting friendly -> Only bottom slabs are placed, meaning mobs can still spawn normally and lighting is unaffected
• Performance conscious -> Built with a per-chunk slab limit and minimal block update propagation to keep worldgen fast
