About this Mod
SmokeShow – Right-click a lit Campfire, Soul Campfire, Torch or Wall Torch with any of the 16 vanilla dyes and watch the smoke instantly snap into that colour. One tap and your cosy little chimney is firing neon blue, deep crimson, or whatever suits the build. Hold sneak while dyeing to switch that column of smoke into rainbow party mode, smoothly cycling through bright hues that look awesome in bases, paths, mini-games or birthday worlds, straight-up eye candy.
Try combining two separate dye colors to blend new colors, letting you create extra shades beyond the vanilla set (purple-leaning blues, warmer oranges, softer greens, etc.)
Lay down coloured or rainbow torches along your paths and tunnels so you never get lost again: blue trail to the ice base, green to the farms, purple to the End portal, rainbow torches everywhere.
Each dye also spawns a little burst of sparkles and sound, giving players clear feedback that their colour has been applied. There’s a “stop all smoke” key (default Page Down) that cancels all smoke rendering on your client, and putting a campfire out with a shovel wipes the tint clean so you can experiment like crazy without wrecking your builds.
SmokeShow is lightweight and friendly as client-side only or client-and-server, and is designed to feel like a natural extension of vanilla Minecraft. No menus to learn: if you can place a campfire and right-click with dye, you already know how to use it.
Perfect for family servers, creative worlds, classroom builds, YouTube maps – anyone who wants more magic and colour floating up from their campfires and torches. With 16 dye colours plus animated rainbow smoke, a few smartly placed campfires and torches turn your world into a glowing network of coloured waypoints in the sky. Screenshots honestly don’t do it justice – seeing the smoke and torches pulsing with colour and rainbow swirls as you run through your world looks freakin’ amazing. Drop it in and start decorating the sky.
Try different Textures packs the results might be cool 😉
