About this Mod
Adds Minecraft alpha-style snow worlds to beta 1.7.3. Every overworld biome now snows and it never stops. Snowflakes set to 50% to increase visibility (will make configurable once I find out how).
WARNING: If using on an existing world, any chunks that get loaded will get snow'd on. Travel away from builds you dont want to be covered with snow and ice before enabling the mod.

SnowWorld server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 4 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (b1.7.3). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is SnowWorld compatible with fabric?
SnowWorld officially supports fabric for Minecraft b1.7.3. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with SnowWorld – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 6 GB (per 5 players). Use /spark profiler to check if SnowWorld consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
