Soul Spawners is a Minecraft 1.21.1 mod that adds a new way to craft and activate mob spawners. Use the energy of Souls to infuse items and take control of mob spawning in your world!

Features

🕯️ The Soul Altar

• A mystical crafting block powered by soul energy.
• Activate the altar with Soul Bottles to light the candles and prepare for infusion rituals.

🌀 Infuse Items with Soul Energy

• Insert items into the Soul Altar and watch them levitate as they absorb energy.
• After the ritual, retrieve infused items to activate spawners.

💀 Spawner Crafting and Activation

• Mine Regular Spawners and rebuild them into mob-specific spawners.
• Activate spawners by right-clicking with infused items, like an Infused Bone for Skeleton spawners.

🧟 Vanilla Mob Support
Supports (almost) all mobs that appear in vanilla spawners:

• Zombie: Infused Rotten Flesh
• Skeleton: Infused Bones
• Spider: Infused Spider Eyes
• Cave Spider: Infused Fermented Spider Eyes
• Blaze: Infused Blaze Rods

💎 Balanced Gameplay

• Designed for mid-to-late game mechanics to fit naturally into progression.
• Fortune enchantments enhance fragment drops for better rewards.

⚔️ A new Enchantment

• Infuse a sword with souls and get a whole new enchantment, not obtainable any other way.

How it works

1. Collect Spawner Fragments – Break existing spawners to gather these new fragments.
2. Craft an Inactive Spawner – Combine fragments to create an inactive spawner.
3. Craft the Soul Altar - Construct the magical Soul Altar, essential for infusing mob drops with soul energy.
4. Gather Souls - Find new Weeping Soul Sand in the nether and trap their souls in bottles.
5. Activate the Altar – Use the Soul Bottle to activate the Soul Altar.
6. Infuse Items – Insert specific items (e.g., bones) to infuse them with soul energy.
7. Activate Your Spawner – Right-click the inactive spawner with your infused item to complete the process!
