About this Mod
StoneBlade is a gameplay tweak that finally gives the stonecutter the respect it deserves. Instead of building elaborate lava blades or awkward kill chambers, you can simply let adult mobs walk over your workshop tools and watch the stonecutter quietly do its job.
This mod makes ONLY adult mobs take damage when they step on a stonecutter, while keeping players and babies completely safe. That means no surprise deaths while you’re crafting, and no accidental harm to baby animals or baby zombies. Your existing mob farms, breeder setups, and cute baby chicken pens will all continue to work as expected. StoneBlade is designed to minimise the impact on established mob grinder designs, not replace them. If your farm relies on babies growing up into an existing kill chamber, or grown Adult mobs creepers, skellies, Cows etc, this mod won’t break that flow. Only adult mobs standing on stonecutters will lose health. Place above a hopper simple quick cheep mob farm.
It’s also perfect for light-hearted “revenge of the stonecutter” builds, lines of Chickens, Cows, Creepers or an Iron golems or ten. Grown mobs walking over your workshop area, will meet their fate, finally acknowledging that the cutter has teeth.
