Strange infection is mod that adds A infection into yoru miencraft world. Which will try to. Kill every animal,monster to the last entity. And gain more infected by that. Infection will start slow.. (inside caves and in night) but will became stronger with time. After some time you will encounter more. And more varaints of parasites.
Like:

• Parasite:
  The most common mob which will try to infect every mosnter they can.
• Animal eater:
  A parasite which will hunt only animals.
• Animal blob:
  A living biomass of animals and animal eater.
• Blob:
  A deafult blob type. Biomass of mob.

And more...

Also mod contain systems:

• Life cycle system:
  Mob have limited life time. After some time they will change into weaker version until. Dying.
• Evolution system:
  A system that after parasite reaching one thing (live for x ticks or kill x mobs) wil evolve into stronger version or... something else.

Mod is balanced for vanilla expierence.
