About this Mod

An actively growing mod with the goal of increasing mid- to late-game complexity. StupiCraft is my first NeoForge release, along with my first >1.20.1 release. Many recipes are designed to be automated to an extent, so make sure you know how to use the Crafter!
Currently, StupiCraft contains:

  • Steel - A classic material, made with an Iron Ingot and Coke.
  • Steel Coke - A material used for making Steel, adds Carbon, made by smelting coal.
  • Red Iron - A special material made by smoking Iron with Coke, combine with Coke again for Red Steel.
  • Steel/Red Steel tools - Equivalent tools for each steel type, slightly better than Iron, expect a Red Steel rebalance.
  • Steel Fibers, Mesh, and Fabric - Made for high-flexibility and strength applications.
  • Chipped Obsidian - Made by bottling the tears of Crying Obsidian.
  • Obsidian Shard - Used to make Obsidian Ingots.
  • Obsidian Ingot - A good material used for high-heat tolerant items.
  • Obsidian Bricks - A good looking dark brick block.
  • Steel Mold Lining - Part of a Steel-Obsidian Mold, fairly simple.
  • Steel-Obsidian Mold - Made with an Obsidian Ingot, used for melting and forming special materials.
  • Tungsten - A dense, strong material with a high melting point.
  • Unfinished/Plating Template - A simple tool for plating a tool in Tungsten.
  • Tungsten Tools - Made by plating a diamond tool, increases durability.
  • Osmium - The element with the highest melting point, has some special applications.
  • Reinforced Bottle - Made with Steel Mesh and Tungsten, can withstand Obsidian Tears.
  • Molybdenum - An odd ore, with some niche applications.
  • Rhenium - An incredibly rare ore with some valuable uses, its nickel alloy has among the highest temperaute tolerances of any material.
  • Nickel - Used to make the Rhenium-Nickel Super Alloy (Yes, that is what it is actually called).
  • Advanced Furnace - An in-progress block, with no crafting recipe until I can make it work. Intended to simplify the creation of certain specialized materials.
  • Thermal Bricks - A special high-heat tolerant and heavily insulating material.
  • Nickel-Iron Battery - A simple, fairly unefficient battery, trying to give it a good use.
  • Oxidization Chamber - A specialized device for rapidly oxidizing an object.
  • Rusted Iron - A product of Iron from the Oxi. Chamber, used to make Iron Oxide.
  • Iron Oxide - The powdered form of rust, used for some late-game items.
  • Flowing Bedrock - A special material of still-forming bedrock. Mine and bucket.
  • Unrefined Flowing Bedrock Remnant - A mouthful of a name but an incredibly important resource for the late-game, can be broken apart for some materials.
  • Magmarite Ore - A Nether-specific ore containing fairly pure Magmarite, typically noticable by its glowing-red cracked surface.
  • Magmarite - A refined form of the U.F.B.R. with an increased therma; capacity, Magmarite has been heated severly and is unstable,
  • Magmarite Rod - A special energy-storage method converting the released energy from the reacting Iron Oxide and Magmarite.
  • Magmarite Explosive - An incredibly powerful bomb made with Magmarite, activate it with a Magmarite Rod and run. If destroyed, no matter if it is primed or not, it will detonate.
  • Interamnium - A rare natural resource and the inverse of Magmarite, being cooled incredibly cold, though with Magmarite's high thermal capacity.
  • Interamnium Powder - A crushed and powderized form of Interamnium, used to make Interamnium Ingots.
  • Interamnium Ingot - An ingot made of Interamnium, constantly cold.
  • Graphite - A common carbon-based metal, typically used in pencils, or in nuclear reactors.
  • Refined Graphite - A much denser, stronger version of Graphite.
This mod is in HEAVY development, while it has many recipes, it is no where near ready for a true, full release, but that doesn't mean you can't have fun!

Frequently Asked Questions

StupiCraft server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong neoforge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.10). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is StupiCraft compatible with neoforge?

StupiCraft officially supports neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.10, 1.21.9, 1.21.8. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with StupiCraft – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if StupiCraft consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
