About this Mod
TACtical movement is a mod that adds a lot of movement features into minecraft.
Currently It adds the following
(You dont NEED TACZ or VPB for this to run and work, you only need PlayerAnimator)
(you can use either tacz or vpb, or both, or none)
-Proning
Makes your hitbox smaller and essentially sets you to crawling, the animation is specifically setup to fit well with gun mods such as TACZ or VPB
-Leaning
Allows you to quickly peak a corner, angles your first person camera and displays a third person animation you can also shoot around the corner while leaning, your bullets will still hit where you are aiming.
-Sliding
Does nothing to your hitbox but gives you a short boost of speed, also has an animation and a cooldown.
-3rd person animations for reloading and gun handling

How to Install TACtical Movement on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "TACtical Movement". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

TACtical Movement server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is TACtical Movement compatible with forge?
TACtical Movement officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.20.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with TACtical Movement – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if TACtical Movement consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
