TFC Tumbleweed

Now you can finally enjoy the barren deserts in the world of TerraFirmaCraft!

You no longer have to frustrate over, why the tumbleweed entities from Tumbleweed won't spawn, as this mod handles it all for you! Furthermore, you get the ability to control the valid rainfall interval in which tumbleweed is allowed to spawn, amongst many other parameters.

Further, this mod, by default, overwrites the tumbleweed droplist to drop only sticks (versions <= 1.20.1). You'll have to configure the droplist from Tumbleweed itself, if you want to change their default drop list for the tumbleweed, and of course also toggle the overwriting in the config for this mod (super simple).

Also adds compatibility between Weather 2 and Tumbleweed if the mod is present (versions <= 1.20.1_). The wind manager from Weather 2 can now dictate the direction for which the tumbleweeds will move, rather than the more or less constant default angle. Versions for _>=1.21.1 does NOT require Tumbleweed to be installed, since no versions of it has been made for versions past 1.20.1. TFC Tumbleweed for >=1.21.1 is a standalone version.~~

Versions for 1.21.1 use a populated default loot tables for drops, and TFC's own wind vector map. If Weather2, or another mod, modifies said wind vector map, then the tumbleweeds will use whatever it has been changed to. Weather2 does not make changes to TFC's wind vector map by default, let alone support it in any way (this could probably change down the line, who knows? But currently it does nothing with TFC.)
