About this Mod

This mod introduces a mirror that reflects the player closest to it.

Armor stand

Armor stand (1.12+): Swap armor with it (fancy magic armor stand!)

Banner (1.14+): Change the background to a banner pattern, to make your mirror fit in with the rest of your base

Skeleton skull (1.12+): Turn your reflection into a skeleton

This mod was designed to impact performance as little as possible.

Versions

The 1.14.x, 1.15.x, 1.16.x, 1.17.x, 1.18.x, 1.19.x, and 1.20.x versions are actively maintained and will receive bug fixes as needed.
New features will be implemented on the highest version and will often be backported to earlier versions.

The 1.12.2 version is stable. It may occasionally get bug fixes, but will most likely not get any new features.

How to Install The Magic Mirror on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "The Magic Mirror". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
