About this Mod
This Mod adds one new structure type to your world: THE PIT!
Each "pit" structure will be on average 8 rooms deep (or more depending on your version of minecraft). The deeper you go, the better the loot becomes.
Rooms will also generate based on their rareness, with more rare rooms having better loot.
These structures will generate on average, about 40 chunks apart in the overworld. in most biomes.
This mod does not add any new blocks, textures, mobs or items. It is 100% vanilla friendly and will work with any other mod. Yes, you may use it in your mod pack. If you do, please provide me with proper mod credit.
Yes, you may feature this mod in your video or youtube showcase.
This structure is NOT included in any of my other structure mods.
Spoiler below will discuss the loot type, biome types and a longer description or the room types but does not disclose the EXACT information on any of these so feel free to read on if you want more details.
Spoiler
Loot spoiler:
Upper rooms will contain mostly early game loot such as enchanted leather, food and other simple items.
Lower rooms will contain enchanted iron armor and tools.
Rare lower rooms may spawn including:
~Library room with enchanted books
~Throne room with evoker and loot chest and barrels
~A Very rare diamond block vault room with three diamond blocks and four loot chests (aboout 1 in every 50 pit structures)
~Other assorted rare rooms
There is NO Diamond or netherite loot, or any loot from The End or The Nether. So it does not break a vanilla game.
Some rooms do not contain chests, but instead the "loot" is whatever materials are found in the room itself such as redstone supplies, etc...
Room Spoiler:
Most rooms will contain 1 or 2 hidden mob spawners or multiple redstone traps.
Some rooms will not contain any mobs or loot (unless the mob has migrated from an adjacent room)
There are a total of 22 different rooms for thousands of different combinations! (as of the initial release). More rooms may be added in the future if this mod gains popularity.
Biome generation:
These pit structures will NOT generate in oceans, The Nether or The End as well as a few assorted biomes which I selected as they clashed with the theme.
