TickLowerPerm
Allow command blocks to run the /tick command!
About this Mod
TickLowerPerm
This is a Fabric mod that lowers the permission of the /tick command in Minecraft so that command blocks may run it. This mod specifically targets snapshots 23w43a and upward. This mod has no dependencies. It is required to run server side, but is optional client side. (Clients without this mod can connect to servers with this mod.) Additionally, it is required for single player worlds.
Future Update Support
TickLowerPerm is only tested on the Minecraft versions specified in Modrinth and in the release notes. It is possible to run TickLowerPerm on future updates and snapshots, but you may run into strange issues and crashes. Please report any issues you run into!

Server lagging with TickLowerPerm – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if TickLowerPerm consumes the most tick time. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
