About this Mod

This is an update of Till It Breaks for Minecraft 1.21 and above.

It also has some additional features:

New options for changing the color saturation of the durability bar and durability number.
New option for toggling text shadows on the durability number and arrow counter.
Improved arrow counter to count arrows added by other mods and display the amount of special arrows when the bow has Infinity.
Improved text rendering and compatibility with mods like ImmediatelyFast.
Support for ReArm, Bow Infinity Fix and Infinities: Arrow counter will show infinity instead of 0 if either mod is installed and the bow has Infinity.
Support for Accessorify: Arrow counter will also account for arrows equipped in the arrow accessory slots.
Support for Nyf's Quivers 2.0+: Arrow counter will also account for arrows inside the currently equipped quiver.

This mod displays the durability that is left of items on the items itself. By using this mod you'll always know when your tool is about to break.

A nice little feature is also the functionality of displaying your current arrow amount on the bow and crossbow item.

Follow options are customizable:

to always enable the durability bar (so it shows when the item is completely undamaged)
Show the durability number when the item is not damaged like (disabled means it mimics the vanilla damaged bar)
Completely disable the damage bar
Completely disable the damage number
Color the damage number depending on the damage on the item
Enable or disable the arrow counter
Resize the text a bit

How to Install Till It Breaks Updated on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Till It Breaks Updated". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
