About this Mod
Tin Utils
Tin Utils is a utility and QoL mod that adds small recipe improvements and balance tweaks to the game.
Many of the recipes and tweaks can be modified or overridden using standard Minecraft datapacks.
The goal of this mod is to stay relatively balanced while providing useful quality-of-life improvements.

This mod is developed using the Architectury API and supports multiple mod loaders.

Tweaks and Utility Recipes
Current tweaks include:
- 2 logs → 16 sticks
- 8 logs → 4 chests

Datapack Support
Many balance changes and recipes can be adjusted using standard datapacks, allowing modpacks and players to customize gameplay without modifying the mod itself.

Available Versions
How to Install Tin utils on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Tin utils". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Tin utils server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Tin utils consumes the most tick time.
