Tornado Disasters
Summon destructive, multi-tiered tornadoes (F1-F5) that tear up terrain, lift entities into the air, and roam the world.
About this Mod
Tornado Disasters
Bring the destruction.
I wanted to add weather that actually feels dangerous, so I made Tornado Disasters. This isn't just a visual effect—these tornadoes actually rip blocks out of the ground and throw them around.
What it actually does
The main focus here is physics. When the tornado hits, it interacts with the world:
- Real Damage: It picks up blocks (dirt, wood, leaves) and turns them into spinning debris entities.
- The Vortex: If you (or a cow) get too close, you get sucked in and thrown out the top.
- 5 Tiers: Ranging from F1 (kinda cute, moves some leaves) to F5 (massive, eats everything, breaks the terrain).
How to use it (Read this!)
Right now, tornadoes do not spawn naturally.
This version is fully controlled by commands, which makes it perfect for server admins who want to host an event (or just troll their friends).
Commands:
/tornado f1- Spawns a small one. Good for testing./tornado f3- The standard "mess up your house" storm./tornado f5- Warning: This is huge and will destroy a lot of the map.
A Quick Note
This is built for NeoForge 1.21.1.
Since it involves turning hundreds of blocks into flying entities, an F5 tornado might cause some lag on weaker servers. Use it responsibly!
Have fun destroying your worlds!
