TrashCommand
A simple trash can mod that allows undoing the last deletion, requiring only server-side installation.
About this Mod
TrashCommand
简体中文
This mod provides the trash command, allowing players to open a trash bin anytime, anywhere to dispose of unwanted items.
- The mod can be installed server-side only; clients without the mod can still use it normally.
- Items disposed of in the trash bin are not instantly destroyed and can be undone.
- Items remain in the trash bin even after leaving and rejoining the server, allowing for undo functionality.
- Each player has their own independent trash bin.
- The trash bin is cleared the next time the player opens it.
- The instant trash bin is separate from the regular trash bin (does not affect undo functionality of the regular trash bin).
Command List
- /trash
- Opens the trash bin interface (large chest). Players can freely add items for disposal. After closing the interface, the trash bin will be cleared upon next opening to continue disposing of items.
- /trash undo
- Undoes the last disposal and reopens the trash bin interface (items are restored). (Of course, if you want to use this as extra inventory space, that's possible - but you'll bear the consequences if you accidentally destroy your items.)
- /trash instant
- Opens the instant trash bin interface (Use with caution! Any items placed inside will disappear immediately with no way to recover them. This is effective for cleaning up large amounts of junk items quickly.)

TrashCommand server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is TrashCommand compatible with fabric?
TrashCommand officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.20.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with TrashCommand – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if TrashCommand consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
